We had a trip to Chicago planned for the past few months which was supposed to be a little family get-away but, Dan had to travel for work and wasn't able to come with us. So, I enlisted two of my nieces, Emily and Jadeyn. They were both such a huge help to me while we traveled!
We spend the weekend with one of my best friends, Holly. She lives just outside of Chicago. We planned a zoo trip for the kids to enjoy and then Holly and I enjoyed a mom's night out to see NKOTBSB!!! We had a great time! (Pictures to come....soon!)
We don't get to spend much time with Holly and her family so it was such a blessing to hang out with her precious daughter, Ava, and just relax and play!

Brookfield Zoo
This is a great zoo! It is so big and has so much to see! The kids were real troopers and the weather cooperated for us :)
