Popcorn with the Pops is the summer kids series with the Columbus Symphony Orchestra. We had never been but our neighbor suggested we have a moms and kids night while the dads had their once a month poker night.
We had a great time! They offer so many things for the kids to do! The Columbus Art Museum offers a free craft and face painting.
There is an "Instrument Petting Zoo" so the kids can try out various instruments
Avery really enjoyed the violin
Addi is our neighbor and one of Avery's favorite playmates
Elli is Addi's little sister and we have lots of fun with her too!
You can bring a picnic dinner, snacks, drinks, wine and just hang out listening to the music. There are four performances throughout the summer, each one a different theme. Our theme was "Rain Rain Go Away"
We will definitely go back next summer!
