Our nephew Ben was confirmed on May 2nd, 2009. Dan is one of his sponsor's. Look at his baptismal outfit on the table...he is now almost 15!

In Dan's family it's tradition for the sponsor to hold the confirmand just like they did when he was baptized as a baby. It was a lot of fun and we all laughed! Ben is quite a bit bigger now!

Jaylyn had Uncle Mike the "professional" tooth puller- pull one of her front teeth at the confirmation party. It took some convincing (Uncle mike said he would double what the tooth fairy brought), but she didn't even cry! She was very proud of losing that tooth!
Dawn and Mike made some great food! We all enjoyed the party.
Dawn and Mike hard at work getting the punch table ready. We enjoyed spending time with family and it's been so amazing to see how Ben has grown into a great young man. It just doesn't seem like he should be entering high school next year! Time sure flies!
